Franklin County commissioners authorized staff on Dec. 16 to send the Right of First Refusal for property located at 2571 Rangeley Road in Madrid Township to the Plog family following review and approval by the County Attorney. The motion was moved and approved 5-0.
The minutes state the Right of First Refusal had been approved by the County Attorney and was ready to be forwarded to the Plogs. The board did not discuss conditions or ask for further appraisal data during the meeting.
Next steps: staff will send the approved Right of First Refusal documents to the Plog family per the approved motion.
