Items approved included the June 3, 2025 council minutes and worksession minutes; the June check register; capital asset accounting and replacement and sewer line extension policies; variance requests (202-15-003C and 202-13-084G); and multiple resolutions including Resolution 2025-09 adopting the Navajo County Hazard Mitigation Plan (July 2024), Resolution 2025-06 designating the CFO for the Auditor General, and Resolution 2025-08 authorizing an intergovernmental agreement with the Navajo County Library District.
Councilmember Sheen moved to approve the consent agenda and Councilmember Brimhall seconded. The motion passed unanimously with Councilmembers Johnson and Bjornn absent. The consent agenda bundles routine or previously vetted items so each was approved without separate discussion or vote.
