The motion to award IEC the contract was made by Commissioner Tom Skolfield, seconded by Commissioner Fen Fowler, and passed unanimously (5–0).
The elected commissioners recorded no additional conditions for the vendor at the meeting; procurement documents should reflect the selected vendor and price.
