Rinkerman said the town's FY2026 match of $4,240 is already allocated in the budget.
Councilwoman Thiele moved to approve Resolution 02‑2025 to confirm participation in the Circuit Rider Program; Councilman Berlin seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Why it matters: The Circuit Rider arrangement provides periodic technical assistance for grant writing and project support at a modest budgeted match. Port Deposit will continue to use the shared resource while pursuing other grant applications.
