Council approves Wabash Valley Foods compliance forms; Fischer Farms to correct filings

Diana Fischer, representing Fischer Farms Natural Foods, brought the Compliance with Statement of Benefits personal property (CF‑1/PP) forms but the council found issues in the paperwork. Fischer said she will meet with her accountant to clarify errors and the council agreed she may file corrected compliance forms at the next meeting.
Andy Seger and Grant Knies, representing Wabash Valley Foods, presented both CF‑1/PP and CF‑1/RE forms and provided information on the company’s operations. Meredith Voegerl moved to approve the compliance forms; Ryan Craig seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. President Michael W. Kluesner signed the forms as presented.
The council recorded approval of the Wabash Valley compliance filings and deferred Fischer Farms’ filing until corrected paperwork is submitted.
