At 8:45 a.m. the board opened bids for HVAC and water‑heater services for program participants and later took the bids under advisement. Following a review after reconvening, Matheis recommended specific bids for the listed homeowners and the board voted unanimously to accept the bids as presented. Matheis noted three homes received no bids and emphasized the need for contractors to submit electrical upgrade bids.
The board recorded that Tri‑Cap will proceed with equipment procurement and that staff will follow up on homes without bids to secure services or alternatives.
