County switches phone carrier to Matrix Integration under 60‑month agreement

911 Communications Director Stuart Wilson and Matrix Integration representatives Candi Mehringer and Riley Rumfelt were present during the discussion; the board did not record further contingency provisions or termination penalties in the minutes.
