Fulton County commissioners approve Jan. 13 minutes, payroll and $159,968 in payments

Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026 commissioners' minutes and the Jan. 13 salary-board minutes; both motions were recorded as carried 'all in favor.' Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026 totaling $159,968.15. The minutes include a fund-level breakdown: General Fund $140,001.80; Liquid Fuels $7,356.00; SFC Technology Grant $183.59; Law Library $264.02; 911 $392.50; Hazmat $46.04; Domestic Relations $23.45; Capital Projects $2,291.00; Debt Service $6,594.03; Pass-thru Funds $2,815.72.
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026 in the amount of $126,747.73; the motion was recorded as carried 'all in favor.'
Administrative approvals recorded in the minutes included a motion to approve the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00; approval and execution of a credit card authorization for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman; approval of the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal application presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder; and approval of the CCAP PComp second installment invoice for $5,575.00 toward a total contribution of $22,300.00. Each of those motions was recorded as carried 'all in favor.'
The board also recorded two executive-session entries for personnel matters (entered 11:22 a.m., exited 11:27 a.m.; entered again 11:30 a.m., exited at 1:10 p.m.) and adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
