The meeting began at 10:00 a.m. with Chairman Danny Shears presiding. Environmental Programs Manager Kraig Mize presented three related sets of code-enforcement recommendations. For eight properties he recommended proceeding with public-nuisance abatements; Commissioner Terry Howell moved to abate as recommended, Commissioner Fred Wilson seconded, and the motion "carried unanimously by a voice vote of the Commissioners present."
