Council Member Platt summarized the Ways and Means Committee before Council Member Caffrey moved — and Council Member Darlington seconded — approval of warrants dated Aug. 5–Aug. 18, 2025 totaling $1,294,797.77, payroll for Aug. 6 of $40,057.38 and council payroll of $2,078.54.
