Josh Seago of APM Mosquito Control provided printed information and a summary of the 2025 mosquito season and control activities for the city. Gladwin Schools Superintendent Chuck Frisbie reviewed previous bond millages, stated the district's current tax rate and described priorities for an upcoming bond millage. Chamber Director Carrie Will announced the Women’s Expo scheduled Oct. 24–25 at the Beaverton Activity Center. GBPA President Stacey Plude updated the council on recent Riverwalk events, upcoming activities and said this year’s Festival of Lights theme is "Glowerious Christmas."
