Board of Regents elects Robert Williams chair for FY26, Travis and Cox to vice-chair and secretary posts

The Western Oklahoma State College Board of Regents elected new officers for the 2025–26 fiscal year at its June 9 meeting in Altus.
Regent Rick Vernon nominated Robert Williams for chair, D’Lese Travis for vice-chair and Debbie Cox for secretary. Regent Dana Darby seconded the nomination, and the board approved the slate unanimously (Lively, Darby, Vernon, Lewis voting yes).
The appointments take effect for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025. The action was recorded in the meeting minutes under the election of board officers item.
