The Western Oklahoma State College Board of Regents on Aug. 5 approved the June 9, 2025 regular meeting minutes and the college’s financial report by unanimous votes.
Dr. Dana Darby moved to approve the June 9 minutes and Dr. Dustin Lively seconded; the minutes were adopted unanimously. Brian Roberts, CPA and Vice President for Business Affairs, presented the financial report; Regent Debbie Cox moved approval and Regent D’Lese Travis seconded, and the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
The minutes and financial report were included in the meeting packet (minutes under agenda item IV; financial report under agenda item V). No dissent, amendments or detailed fiscal objections were recorded in the minutes.
