The Charlotte County Board of Supervisors adopted the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) six-year plan following a public hearing on June 11.
VDOT staffer Mr. Frederick gave the staff report and said Chandler’s Fork Road was added to the county’s plan and that Elam Road would be the next road scheduled for paving. There were no public comments during the hearing. After adjourning the hearing, the board voted to adopt the plan as presented.
The plan adoption was moved and seconded and carried with all board members voting yes.
