Triple Tree Engineering’s Task Order #6, listed in the engineering memorandum, shows the firm finishing final estimates and planned to submit a 99% report for client review by Sept. 16, 2025. Task Order #6 is contracted for $3,900 and shows no billing to date in the memo.
