Parma Heights reports 2,529 at first 'Parma Heights Frights' community event

Recreation Director Bacci briefed Parma Heights City Council on the city's inaugural 'Parma Heights Frights' festival, saying the Nov. 2 event drew 2,529 visitors and that staff and public‑safety partners helped the event run smoothly.
Bacci thanked Law Department staff, Service Department personnel, police officers and volunteers who staffed the Commons and directed crowds, and highlighted a partnership with the Young Professionals of Parma. Director Bacci said the city's web page will continue to provide guidance about seasonal pickup and logistics for residents.
Council members present praised the turnout and expressed hope the event becomes an annual offering. Mayor Gallo and other officials who assisted with event duties were also thanked during the report.
