Madison County Board approves FY2019 reappropriations and immediate emergency appropriations totaling millions

Don Moore, appearing as the committee lead for finance items, and other committee members presented line-item transfers (for example, facility management utilities, jail grocery line adjustments and Sheriff program transfers) and noted the Board's Finance Committee had reviewed and signed the requests. The Board recorded committee signatories and proceeded to approve the claims and associated resolutions on the consent roll where recorded.
