The meeting, called to order by Clerk Krissi Brott at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Complex, listed Councilpersons Lehman, Linton, Cunliffe, Barrus, Moss, Johnson and Scoby as present. City Manager Bosanic, Assistant City Manager Feazel and Public Safety Director Blomstrom were also noted as attending.
