On Sept. 2, 2025, the Snowflake Town Council voted unanimously, with Councilmembers Johnson and Stinnett absent, to approve several items including a liquor license recommendation for Circle K Store #415 at 110 Main St, adopt Ordinance 2025-10 authorizing an administrative enforcement process under ARS 9-500.21, and authorize contracts for single chip seal and Concho Highway striping.
The council opened and closed a public hearing on an application submitted by Maria Danielle Burgess on behalf of Circle K Store #415 and, following council motion by Mark Sheen and a second by Travis Kay, recommended approval of the Type 10 wine-and-beer license. The motion passed unanimously with Johnson and Stinnett absent.
