Commission approves skid steer and jail repairs, and creates Beulah Building Maintenance Department

The commission discussed purchase and maintenance of the Roughrider RV property and, by motion of Commissioner Jamee Folk and a second from Commissioner Gene Wolf, created the Beulah Building Maintenance Department to oversee maintenance responsibilities. The motion carried with all voting in favor.
No dates or implementation schedule for the new department were recorded in the minutes; the maintenance department creation directs county staff to oversee property upkeep going forward.
