Grove bureau approves 2026 meeting notice, minutes and monthly financial report in unanimous votes

Greg Ware moved and Lleta Bray seconded approval of the Sept. 25, 2025 minutes; the motion carried 3-0. Bray moved and Ware seconded approval of the monthly financial report; recorded vote was AYE: Bray, Ware, Corbridge; motion carried 3-0. The bureau also approved the Notice of Posting for 2026 meetings by the same 3-0 vote.
Staff reports filled the remainder of the meeting. Expo Center Director Dana Able provided a "What's to Come" update about the Wolf Creek Expo Center; the minutes do not list further specifics. Events Assistant Jeff Lovelady reported that the fishing tournaments for 2025 are concluding. No board reports or public comments were recorded.
