Fulton County commissioners approve payroll, $334,397 in bills and routine items

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved routine business Feb. 3 including the January 27, 2026 Commissioners' minutes and January 27 Salary Board minutes (motions by Commissioner Steven L. Wible). The board approved payroll dated Feb. 6, 2026 in the amount of $129,990.81 and accounts payable dated Feb. 3, 2026 in the amount of $334,397.62; the accounts-payable roll includes Fund 100 (General Fund) $96,661.78 and other fund-level totals recorded in the minutes.
Commissioner Bunch moved to approve and execute the January 2026 Retirement Fund Report as presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston. The board also approved travel requests for Services for Children Director Christine McQuade and Fiscal Technician Stephanie Mellott to attend the PA Children and Youth Administrators Conference March 11–13 in State College, Pa.
The board approved a laptop quote submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT to be used in Franklin County for Jury Coordinator duties and accepted an invoice from Franklin County Fiscal for Fulton County court costs for Q4 2025 in the amount of $38,819.27 (described in the minutes as 10% of court wages and benefits). All routine motions are recorded as carried 'all in favor.'
