The task order lists a contracted amount of $40,000 with $4,387.50 billed to date. At the meeting, agency members also discussed a related ditch-covering contract; they said contractor insurance and paperwork were expected to be finalized the week of Dec. 8 and that the contractor (Triple Tree confirmed) still plans to keep the project on schedule.
Agency members characterized the work as part of ongoing infrastructure repairs and noted the consultant is preparing the schedule and necessary task orders for construction administration. No formal vote on the Bernhardt Ditches task order was recorded at the Dec. 8 meeting.
