The roll-call vote was recorded as Ayes: Dr. Bret Autrey, Stephanie Reed, Michael W. Nagle, Sarah Lowman, Alan Neushwander and Mike Winczewski; Nayes: none. The motion carried 6-0. The minutes state the board returned to open session at 8:41 p.m.
