He told commissioners the lease would create room for the business to grow and would sustain operations into his son’s lifetime; he said the business currently has three employees and expects to expand to four or five.
Vice-Chairman Cory Wright moved to approve the lease and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith seconded; Chairman Laura Osiadacz thanked Public Works Director Josh Fredrickson for his flexibility. The motion carried 3-0.
