Office Administrator Mandy Buchholz followed up on a draft Joint City/County Special Meeting agenda and brought forward a request from Susan Ferrell to meet with the Board and neighbors about commercial-truck activity on Umptanum Road. The Board directed staff to have Ferrell provide public comment at the May 20 public hearing. No formal motions or ordinance changes were recorded for these administrative items in the minutes.
