The City of Laurel Emergency Services Committee approved its Nov. 24, 2025 minutes and elected new leadership during its Jan. 26 meeting.
Irv Wilke moved to approve the minutes from Nov. 24; Bruce McGee seconded and the motion carried 7-0. In nominations, Wilke nominated Vice Chair Jodi Mackay for committee chair; Sara Naylor seconded the nomination and the vote passed 7-0. Mackay then nominated Wilke for vice chair, Bruce McGee seconded, and that vote also passed 7-0.
The committee announced its next meeting for Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. The meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
