The council unanimously approved Ordinance 20-12 to prohibit electronic gaming operations in all districts of Henderson after staff and the city attorney said State definitions and enforcement play a role and that some existing operations fall under State jurisdiction. Development Services Director Corey Williams told council the ordinance uses State definitions to keep the City in compliance.
