GARNE R, Iowa — The Hancock County Board of Supervisors approved minutes from its Jan. 15 meeting and set aside the remainder of its Jan. 19 session to review fiscal year 2024-25 budget submissions before adjourning at 12:07 p.m.
Supervisors Gary Rayhons and Jerry J. Tlach approved the Jan. 15 minutes. Supervisor Florence (Sis) Greiman abstained from that vote because she was not present at the Jan. 15 meeting.
The board recorded that the remainder of the Jan. 19 meeting would be used to review budget submissions for fiscal year 2024-25.
Supervisor Florence (Sis) Greiman moved to adjourn at 12:07 p.m.; the motion carried with all supervisors present voting “Aye.” The board noted it will reconvene on Jan. 22, 2024. The minutes were attested by Auditor Michelle K. Eisenman and signed by Chair Gary Rayhons.
No statutes, ordinances, formal budget votes, or other agenda actions were recorded in the minutes distributed for this adjourned session beyond the approval of prior meeting minutes and the adjournment.
