Hancock and Cerro Gordo counties set Feb. 12 hearing on joint drainage district completion reports

On Jan. 22 the Hancock County Board of Supervisors joined a teleconference with the Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors to review joint drainage business and set a follow-up hearing.
During the joint session (Lori Ginapp and Chris Watts from Cerro Gordo present; Casey Callanan absent), the joint board approved the completion of work report for Joint Drainage District No. 123-113 and Cerro Gordo County Drainage District No. 16. The boards set a completion-of-work hearing for Feb. 12, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.
The motion to approve and set the hearing was made by Supervisor Chris Watts, seconded by Supervisor Jerry J. Tlach, and carried unanimously. The minutes do not include the substance of the completion report or the locations affected; the hearing will be the next opportunity for public notice and review.
