The actions came during an adjourned session attended by Supervisors Florence (Sis) Greiman, Gary Rayhons and Jerry J. Tlach. The board read and approved the minutes of the March 11 meeting; Supervisor Gary Rayhons read the ordinance’s second reading. An amended motion by Supervisor Jerry J.
