Riherd also reported that deck overlay work is scheduled to begin in April. The minutes record a staffing shift in the engineer's crews: Troy Ulrich is moving to the Allison shop, creating a vacancy in Shell Rock.
The board took the bid award as part of the meeting's regular business and did not record any protest or competing bids in the minutes.
