Livingston Union board votes not to reelect four probationary teachers

The Livingston Union School District Board of Trustees voted in closed session on Feb. 10, 2026 to not reelect four probationary certificated employees effective at the end of the 2025–26 school year, a personnel action taken under Education Code 44929.21(b). Board President Rigo Espinoza reported the action when the board reconvened open session and directed the Superintendent or designee to issue the appropriate legal notices to the affected employees.
