The remote-attendance motion was made by Member Marvin Kropke and seconded by Management Member Judith Freyman; the board voted 3-0 to approve the request under Government Code section 11123.2. The board also unanimously approved the minutes from its Feb. 11, 2026 meeting on a motion by Kropke, seconded by Freyman.
