On capital funding, the board approved Resolution No. 2025-26-08 (Measure CC) and Resolution No. 2025-26-09 (Measure EE) to establish Proposition 39 Building Funds and corresponding debt service funds. Both measures were approved by unanimous vote.
Administratively, the board approved the Developer Fee Annual Report and renewed contracts with Sierra School of San Diego and Stein Education Center. It also approved Resolution 2025-26-12 to continue applying for 2026–27 funding through the California State Preschool Program (CSPP) and approved the 2025–2026 School Plans for Student Achievement (SPSA). The consent agenda — covering minutes, personnel actions, warrants, ratifications of contracts and purchase orders, notice of completion for an exterior painting project, and the designation of an Early Childhood Education Center director — was approved as presented.
