Board Member Dorinda Miller moved to approve the policy update and the new Title IX complaint procedures; Cheryl Robertson seconded. Both motions carried unanimously with Dr. Javier Ayala, Dorinda Miller, Yajaira Preciado, Cheryl Robertson and Jasmin Smith voting yes.
