The hearing was advertised and property owners within a four‑mile radius were notified; the board opened a 15‑minute public comment period and received no public input. Commissioner Bryant moved to approve the permit and the motion passed unanimously. The board’s minutes record that the permit was approved without public opposition and that conditions (if any) would be administered as required by county zoning regulations.
