Big Horn County awards $504,780 contract to TW Ridley for courtroom remodel

The Big Horn County Board of County Commissioners voted to approve a construction contract with TW Ridley LLC for an interior remodel of the county courtroom in Hardin.

At the Jan. 15, 2026 meeting, Commissioner Lawrence Big Hair moved to approve the contract; Commissioner Larry Vandersloot seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The meeting record includes an AIA A101-2017 agreement naming TW Ridley LLC as contractor and Schutz Foss Architects as architect on the project identified as 'Big Horn County Courtroom Remodel' (SFA Project #2127).

The contract document included in the meeting record lists a Contract Sum of Five Hundred Four Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($504,780.00).
