Fulton County commissioners approve minutes, payroll and a travel-policy change

Fulton County commissioners opened their meeting on Dec. 23 by approving the Dec. 16, 2025 Commissioners' Meeting Minutes and Dec. 16, 2025 Retirement Board Minutes.
The board reviewed fund disbursements across county funds, totaling $111,824.17, and on motion approved payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 in the amount of $145,032.44. A separate motion approved CCAP PComp Contribution 1st Installment Invoice No. INVO62458 for $5,575.00.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to revise Section 213, 'Travel,' of the county HR Manual so that employees wishing to use a personal vehicle for county business must submit a request to the commissioners ahead of time explaining the reason. The board approved the revision with all in favor.
The meeting record notes Commissioner Steven L. Wible was absent. The session adjourned at 11:21 a.m. on a motion by Commissioner Hann recorded as passing with all in favor.
