Fulton County approves 5-year lease and IT support agreement with Elect IT Solutions

Fulton County commissioners on Tuesday approved a five-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and authorized an IT staffing and support services agreement.
The board voted to execute a lease at $250 per month with no annual increase, to take effect when the space becomes available. Commissioners also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001, a statement of work with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the lease; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved approval of the SOW. Both motions were recorded as approved by the board with all in favor. Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions met with the commissioners to present the proposals and a quote for a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office.
On a separate motion, the board approved an Amazon quote for a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office in the amount of $784.22, submitted by Grissinger. The approvals were handled as routine agenda motions and recorded as passing with all in favor.
The lease and the SOW are administrative steps the county said will support local IT operations; the lease’s effective date is contingent on when the office space becomes available.
