Fulton County commissioners unanimously approve minutes, payables, payroll and several CCAP items

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 20 unanimously approved routine administrative business including prior minutes, account payables and payroll.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026 Commissioners' Minutes and the Jan. 13, 2026 Salary Board Minutes; both motions carried with all commissioners recorded as "All in favor." Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve account payables dated Jan. 20, 2026 totaling $159,968.15 across funds (General Fund $140,001.80; Liquid Fuels $7,356.00; SFC Technology Grant $183.59; Law Library $264.02; 911 $392.50; Hazmat $46.04; Domestic Relations $23.45; Capital Projects $2,291.00; Debt Service $6,594.03; Pass thru Funds $2,815.72). The board also approved payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026 in the amount of $126,747.73 on a motion of Commissioner Hann.
Administrative approvals included: the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00 (approved on a motion by Commissioner Hann); a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman (approved by motion of Commissioner Hann); and the 2026-2027 CCAP PCorP renewal application as presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder (approved by motion of Commissioner Hann). Commissioner Bunch moved to approve the CCAP PComp second installment invoice for $5,575.00 toward a total contribution of $22,300.00; that motion also carried.
The minutes record that the board entered executive sessions for personnel matters at 11:22 a.m. (motion by Commissioner Hann) and again at 11:30 a.m. (motion by Commissioner Bunch); exits were recorded at 11:27 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 1:36 p.m. on a motion by Commissioner Hann. Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives signed the minutes as submitted.
