New Castle County Council approves consent calendar, adopts resolution refunding duplicate tax payment; introduces multiple ordinances

During public comment, Dora Williams, who identified herself as a resident along Route 9 and a member of a local housing task force, thanked the council for the prayer offered earlier in the meeting and extended Thanksgiving wishes to members and the public. "I would like to say thank you for the prayer that was read," Williams said.
