Carrie (staff presenting the market analysis) told commissioners the comparable-market midpoint is about $264,714, with a market-average salary quoted at roughly $277,743 and an estimated one-time additional budget cost of $49,342 if the board moved the administrator’s pay to market levels effective in late February.
