Board President Mr. Joey Hocutt read the list of finalists as presented in the meeting minutes: Dr. Jeremy Madden, principal at Northside High School; Dr. Allison Mays, TCSS assistant superintendent of human resources; Dr. Daniel Dickens, principal at Holt High School; Dr. Daniel Bray, director of secondary curriculum and instruction for the district; and Dr. Lundy Brantley, an education consultant and former superintendent of Neshoba County (Mississippi) School District.
The minutes record the naming of finalists; they do not record any board vote or next public step for selecting the new superintendent. The board approved other agenda items during the same meeting by unanimous vote and adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
