The Prosper Town Council unanimously approved its proposed 2026 regular meeting schedule at the Nov. 25 meeting after Town Secretary presented adjusted dates for April and May to resolve scheduling conflicts.
"The April dates are the first and fourth Tuesday, and the May dates are the second and third Tuesday," the town secretary said, noting she had discussed the changes with Development Services and the Planning and Zoning Commission, which is willing to adjust its meeting dates as well.
Marcus Ray moved to approve the schedule and Jeff Hodges seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The change is intended to improve coordination between council and Planning & Zoning calendars.
