NELSON COUNTY — The Nelson County Commission on Dec. 7 unanimously approved a slate of appointments, licenses and routine administrative actions and declined a requested salary increase for an NDSU Extension position.
Chairman Cody Johnson presided as the board confirmed several personnel and board appointments, including the appointment of Erin Fossen as Nelson County Clerk of Court and the reappointment of David Sateren to the Nelson County Water Board. Commissioners also appointed Dennis Fahey and Anna Halvorson to the Nelson County Job Development Association board and named Commissioner Mike Haugland to that same board; Commissioner Steve Forde was appointed to the Nelson County District Health Unit Board.…
