On Oct. 4, 2021 the City Council of the City of Bay Minette met at City Hall and unanimously approved a package of financial and administrative measures, including payables of $245,897.94 and several numbered resolutions.
Mayor Robert A. Wills called the meeting to order. During roll call Clerk Rita Diedtrich recorded Mayor Wills and Councilmembers Matt Franklin, William Taylor, Shannon Clemmons and Pete Sellers as present; Councilmember Mike Phillips was absent.
The council approved the consent agenda, which included minutes of the Sept. 20, 2021 council meeting and work session. Councilmember Shannon Clemmons moved to approve the consent agenda; Councilmember William Taylor seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Councilmembers approved a list of payables totaling $245,897.94 after Mayor Wills asked for the motion. Councilmember Matt Franklin moved to approve the payables; Councilmember William Taylor seconded and the vote was unanimous.
