Keith County approves final plat to combine two lots in Albee's 3rd subdivision

Zoning Administrator Cody Fenwick presented a final‑plat request from Ryan and Danielle Huth to combine Lots 69 and 74 in Albee’s 3rd subdivision, a residential‑rural area approximately 5.7 miles southeast of the west county line off Highway 92. Fenwick said the application had required fees paid, protective covenants were on file, and 22 property owners within 300 feet were notified.
The planning commission recommended approval at its February 12 hearing. Commissioner Wartman moved to approve the final plat and Commissioner Irvin seconded; the board approved the measure by roll call.
Fenwick noted the plat was prepared and stamped by Ryan Dickinson and that the site is not in a flood plain. No public objections were recorded in the board packet or during the meeting.
