Mayor Joe Lee called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the council first approved the published agenda and the Nov. 25, 2024 minutes by unanimous votes. Department representatives were listed for November reports, including Police (Reece Smith) and Fire (Larry Horton), and several department heads were noted as absent or out of the room.
