Commissioner Clark seconded the motion. After a roll-call-style prompt by the chair, the commission voted in favor and the motion carried.
A commissioner asked whether a pipeline easement in the area would be left as a landscaped reserve or used for drainage; Spriggs said it would typically remain a landscaped reserve. The commission made no changes to the recommendation and sent the plat to the City Council for final review and approval.
